WHERE TUTORING IS MULTISENSORY AND BASED ON THE LEARNING NEEDS OF EACH STUDENT.
Carp Village Tutoring and Literacy Centre is run by a literacy specialist trained in Orton-Gillingham who is passionate about equal and accessible education for all students. A local Carp resident, mom and business woman, who’s passion for helping students with literacy and executive functioning skills was sparked at home with her own child. She is committed to helping local elementary students reach their literacy goals as well as offer accessible and local tutoring in math up to grade 12.
Using a multisensory and personalized approach, we aim to uncover every student’s passion and hunger for learning. We are pleased to now offer learning assessments through MindPrint Learning.

Our Mission
The mission of Carp Village Tutoring and Literacy Centre is to help local students achieve their maximum learning potential with an emphasis on learning style. Our approach is individual and unique to each student and their learning needs.
We specialize in math for all students and literacy (reading, writing and spelling) using the Orton-Gillingham Approach for students with dyslexia and/or ADHD up to grade eight.
