1. General

Carp Village Tutor and Literacy Centre is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No-shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality and it is for these reasons that Carp Village Tutoring and Literacy Centre has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.  

2. Full Payment

Your registration is complete when we received full payment. Payments can be made online. We do not reserve tutoring sessions without payment. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. The email serves as a confirmation of your registration. 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email. Please note that returning funds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at 613-979-5965.

• Termination of services requires prior notice of 10 business days for a full refund and anything less is non-refundable. Business days are Monday to Friday and does not include weekends.

• Cancellation of a single tutorial requires 24 hour prior notice for a credit or make-up session. No refunds will be issued.

• Cancellation of any class or camp registration requires 1 month prior notice for a full refund. Anything less than 1 month is non-refundable.
